My name is Penelope Kolsteeg, certified food&nutritionist/doctorsassistent born & bred in England. Since as long as I can remember food, nutrition, sport & dieting have always interested me. I used to suffer from binging, but since I started my studies in food & nutrition & later weight consultancy I successfully changed my own eating pattern. As a result I feel fitter, have more energy & the visits to the doctor have drastically declined! Daily exercise is just as important as a healthy eating manner. I jog three times a week which helps keep my mind & weight in balance.
